EVERYDAY MEXICO
Diverse, complex, tragic, hopeful and dynamic. This is the real Mexico.
LIVING AND EXPLORING REMOTE MEXICO
I moved to Mexico just before the “second wave” of the COVID-19 pandemic in November 2020. My original plan was to spend a couple of months diving in Baja and then see where life would take me. I’ve been hopping between regions every few weeks and it does not look like I’ll be leaving Mexico anytime soon.
I’ve fallen in love with this country’s diversity, mountains, oceans, deserts, people, cultures, history, nature and more. While the pandemic brought me here, I’m continuously thankful to be living in Mexico and getting to explore the remote parts of this amazing country.

EASTERN GREENLAND
A land of rock and ice where arctic traditions are kept alive
CHASING ICE IN EASTERN GREENLAND
Hardy locals, a slow pace of life, limited resources, traditional living, and no trees? And let's not forget a wonderland of icebergs, ice fjords, glaciers, jagged rocky peaks and colourful houses. This is Greenland.
While on many maps it looks like it's almost the size of Africa, Greenland in actuality is around the same size as Mexico. A country in the Danish realm, Greenland combines elements of traditional Inuit culture with Scandinavian simplicity.
Sure, San Chris makes a beautiful place for a weekend getaway, but the city’s history with the Tzotzil Maya has not been fully rectified.
